RAW files are always best, but RAW, JPG and PNG are all acceptable files. For Illustrator, AI or editable PDF formats are acceptable.

I am a big Adobe Bridge and Photoshop user. If you prefer Lightroom, I am happy to accommodate that to make things easier. Any presets or actions will need to be provided, unless I already have them.

Each service provided can range based on the quantity of items needed to be completed and the service itself. For a simple basic edit of an average size gallery, the turnaround may only be 3-5 days. For a magazine or catalog it may take a few weeks. Contact us directly to get a time quote and to get on our schedule.

Yes, most times we are able to accommodate a rushed order. There will be a 40% upcharge for the request if we are able to proceed.

If you are not happy with the edits, please communicate the details with us so we can try to make it right. Your editing cost does include one revision without any additional charges.

We require payment in full when the order is placed. We will invoice you once your order has been added to our calendar. Please note your scheduled turnaround quote will not start until both files and payment are received. No work will be started until that time.
